Understand every medicine before you take it
Read the name off the strip and find out what it is, what it is for, and what to be careful about — with a source for every claim, in both languages.
Free to check symptoms and read about medicines — no subscription. Ambulance numbers work signed out.

What it does
Every medicine on the shelf
21,193 Bangladeshi brands with prices. Type “Napa” off the strip and reach paracetamol — what it treats, what it interacts with, what to watch for.
Look up a medicine →Tell it what is wrong
Describe how you feel, in Bangla or English. It asks the questions a doctor would, narrows things down, and says plainly when something needs urgent care.
Check your symptoms →Doctors who are actually registered
Every profile is checked against the BMDC register by a person before it appears. Book a chamber, and your symptom summary goes with you.
Find a doctor →An ambulance, without an account
Services by district, checked by our staff, with 999 at the top of the page. No sign-in, no subscription — a paywall in front of an ambulance number would be indefensible.
Ambulance numbers →See it working
Real screens from the app on this page — not mock-ups.
01
Say what is wrong
In Bangla or English, in your own words. No account, and we do not ask for your name.
02
It asks what a doctor would
Danger signs first, then where it is, how long, how bad — and a few that separate one explanation from another.
03
You get one answer
With how urgent it is, where every fact came from, and what would mean going back sooner.
What it costs
The part that helps you understand a medicine is free, and stays free. Only booking a doctor is charged.
Free
Sign in with your mobile number. No subscription.
- Symptom checking, as often as you like
- Every medicine, monograph and citation
- Brand prices and cheaper equivalents
- The doctor directory and ambulance numbers
2.78BDT per day
Including VAT, SC and SD. Stop any time.
- Book a chamber with a verified doctor
- Message them about the visit
- Send your symptom summary ahead
Charged to your mobile balance
Robi and Cirkle only
How the charge actually works
MedWatch is published through BDApps, Robi Axiata's developer platform. The 2.78 BDT is taken by the operator from the balance on your SIM, once a day, and it already includes VAT, SC and SD — the number above is what leaves your balance, not a figure that grows at checkout. We never see a card, and we hold no money of yours.
- Unsubscribe from your profile at any time — you are signed out the moment you do.
- If your balance is too low one day, the operator stops the subscription rather than owing anything.
- Only Robi and Cirkle numbers can be charged. Everything free works on any network.
- Billing questions: support@bdapps.com
What MedWatch will not do
It does not diagnose you and it does not prescribe. It tells you what is known, shows you where each fact came from, says clearly when something needs a doctor now, and helps you reach one. Anything that reads like a diagnosis is a bug, not a feature.
Where it runs
Android 5.0 and newer, and any modern web browser on a phone or a computer. There is no iOS app yet — on an iPhone the website does everything the app does.
Read about it
Written for people, not for engineers. Free to download, and they work offline once you have them.
